Dessert first!

I found this to be a great pre-run treat! Nothing wrong with a little dessert first if you ask me! Just a banana, chopped dates, cashew cream and granola. Full of potassium from the banana and protein from the cashew cream including those fiber-rich dates! Plus added goodness from the granola-iron, fiber and more protein! It's the perfect pick-me-up fuel before a Run. Mmm!
